Communications Assistant (English mother tongue) m/w

You will assist the Communication Director in her assignments for an international Association, participating in a wide range of tasks to ensure a strong information flow internally and externally. Fixed-term contract 1 year to start beginning October 2019. Salary 25-28KE (plus 10% end of contract legally binding bonus, luncheon vouchers, health insurance and 50% pass Navigo reimbursed).


Location: Paris 15
  • Assist the Communication Director in the creation, implementation, correction and archiving of any kind of communication support (i.e. news release, presentations, brochures, videos, etc...)
  • Update the contact database and continuously check accuracy of the data
  • Create mailing campaigns content according to the brief, make it corrected and approved and send them to the right qualified contact database (knowledge of Mailjet or Mailchimp would be an asset)
  • Implement updates for the websites (knowledge of Wordpress would be an advantage)
  • Create social media content and release it when approved
  • Support the practical organisation of events
  • Work with external suppliers
  • Follow up of the communication budget
  • Administrative help for other members of the office on an ad-hoc basis

Essentials Skills:
  • English mother tongue
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of office software and particularly communication tools
  • Very organised
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A first experience in communication would be appreciated
  • Able to integrate a small multi-cultural team
