HR & Recruitment Advisor m/w

SmartSteps seeks for a mid-sized management consulting firm in Paris, a HR specialist with excellent English and an international attitude. Salary negotiable 40-60KE. Paris 08. Permanent contract and role available immediately.

 

 

Location: Paris 75008
Responsibilities:
  • Support in the expansion of the New York Office (other office openings planned notably in Japan and UK);
  • Identify and contact talents and manage the recruitment cycle, (sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding, …);
  • Manage relations with a selection of business and engineering schools;
  • Manage the internal professional development (coordinating the evaluation process, organising and planning training);
  • Advising the management team on internal HR communication;
  • Contributing to HR promotional material.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director of the Paris firm
Essentials Skills: The company is open-minded on the profile, the role could be adapted to what you can offer. What is really needed is someone who can work independently, all whilst being in a supportive and friendly environment. You are also organized and rigorous. Your profile is international, you will be in frequent contact with the offices abroad. You are preferably English mother tongue with an excellent level of French including written. Prior HR experience required.
