Executive Assistant, bilingual English/French

As an Executive Assistant, you will mainly support the newly appointed CFO, member of the Executive Committee by ensuring a flawless operation and optimization of her agenda. Activities will cover tasks as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, manage inbound email and external requests for appointments and other organizational tasks.

  • Management of the mailbox, meetings and external solicitation.
  • Organize, prepare and administer management meetings, (booking, Catering, Logistics) and agenda.
  • Follow-up on various assignments resulting from management meetings.
  • Support for agenda management (la CFO est très sollicité par le board, il faut prendre les reins de l’agenda et l’optimisé, l’environnement est très mouvant, il faut faire l’interface), travel arrangements, expense reports, document handling a business correspondence.
  • Financial documents (you must not be afraid of Excel spreadsheets!)
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate activities with other executive assistants.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders creation and follow-up
  • Proactively ensure the global communication and the collaboration among team members.
  • Lots of communication with the USA

A world-wide organization, HQ in Suresnes. Cadre, salary 60KE +/- over 12 months. Participation (which can be +/-) has been 13.5k€ past few years), Parking available, if required. 2 days home working per week after initial on-boarding period. Possibility to take negotiate holidays break.
