Facilities Assistant (Fr/Eng)

Permanent contract – 26KE – 35 hour week – 9 – 5pm. Project: Well-known global technology organisation.

To ensure a professional, customer focused service is provided to staff and visitors as part of the customer service team. To assist the facilities manager in maintaining the professional image of the client in all contact, suppliers and internal staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of the office space, checking all rooms are up to specification, are regularly cleaned and cleared and that customers have a point of contact for the duration of their meeting.
  • Working with reception/security to manage the guest experience throughout the building
  • Opening PO numbers for supplier services and approving invoices
  • Overseeing helpdesk service, preparing the CAFM system and checking it daily.
  • Supporting contract management with various tasks.
  • Carrying out weekly site audits and monthly health & safety inspections, documenting and dealing with issues raised
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and health & safety procedures
  • Inputting data into management reports, including the collation and verification of management information in line with contractual requirements.
  • Attending training and development sessions
  • Liaising with facilities service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, waste provider and vending to ensure the overall service is seamless.
