Responsibilities:
75% HR Business Partner -
Talent management;
Career development; evolution within the group, fixing objectives, training needs, feedback.
Compensation and benefits; annual salary review.
Training; training needs analysis, organising coaching and other training needs with the HQ in London (2/4 trips to London per year).
Performance management;
25% Staff planning for projects. Weekly meetings.
Essentials Skills:
Team player, structured, tenacious, excellent inter-personal skills;
Bilingual English;
Excel;
6 – 10 experience;
Position to start March 2021;
Salary negotiable + bonus.
