Office Manager (French and English speaker)

We are looking to hire an Office Manager (small office – luxury sector – 6 people) to be responsible for the general operation of a Paris office. Duties will involve order management, communication with clients, answering incoming phone calls, managing outgoing and incoming parcels, purchasing office supplies and general administrative tasks.

Permanent contract to start as soon as possible – salary 34-36K€. Contract – 40 hour week + RTT.

Location: Paris 08
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing general office operation;
  • Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our clients;
  • Managing orders;
  • Facilitating outgoing and managing incoming parcels;
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels;
  • Producing reports and composing correspondence;
  • Taking pictures of inventory;
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports;
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations;
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Essentials Skills:
  • Five years of experience in office administration;
  • Office management experience;
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • French speaker with conversational English
