Are Numbers People Really Bad with Words?

There’s a persistent stereotype: if you’re good at maths, you must be bad at languages—or at least, not interested in them. Is there any truth to the idea that “numbers people” can’t be “word people” and vice versa?

We currently seek a Accounts Payable to manage a team of 3 with good English who can read, write and speak and they are very thin on the ground!! I am truly interested to read what people think of this maths versus language stereotype.

Meanwhile, if there are any “Accounts Payable” “numbers people” available to work within a very human environment, who have a good English level seeking a new role either 20 mins south of Rouen or next to Douai, permanent contract, cadre, 45-50KE, with 3 or 4 years of experience, please connect to me lynda.petit@smartsteps.fr and request the full job description. I would love to hear from you!
